1. Free Lifetime Membership
Membership is free with no expiry date.
2. Non-Transferable
Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable.
3. Exclusive Vivo Day Deals
Members are entitled to enjoy 30% and 50% OFF on selected items during Vivo Day, available every Wednesday only. Vivo Day promotion is not applicable during public holidays.
4. Welcome Voucher
Upon successful signup, members will receive a FREE RM10 Welcome Voucher, redeemable 24 hours after registration with a minimum spend of RM50 in a single receipt.
5. Points Collection & Validity
• Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent.
• Points are valid for 365 days from the date of earning. Unused points will be automatically forfeited after expiry.
• Contact number, membership number, or QR code must be presented at the time of payment to collect or redeem points. Failure to do so may result in unsuccessful collection or redemption.
6. Reward Redemptions
Members can redeem points for the following rewards:
• 300 points = Cake of the Day (worth RM14.90)
• 500 points = Vivo Pizza Tote Bag (worth RM19.90)
• 750 points = Cookies (worth RM20.00)
• 1000 points = RM20 Cash Voucher
7. Birthday Treat
A FREE cake will be added to your account during your birthday month as a special
treat.
8. Non-Exchangeable & Non-Transferable
All points, vouchers, and rewards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for other items.
9. Dine-In Only
Membership rewards and redemptions are valid for dine-in transactions only.
10. Amendments
Vivo Pizza reserves the right to amend the membership terms, rewards, or any related promotions without prior notice.

1. How do I register for a Vivo Pizza Membership? Is there a fee or expiry date?
You may register for a Vivo Pizza Membership via our website, or at any Vivo Pizza outlet. Scan QR code provided at the website/cashier/table. Membership is completely FREE and there is no expiry date.
2. What are the benefits of becoming a Vivo Pizza member?
As a valued member, you’ll enjoy:
• Exclusive 30% or 50% discounts on selected items every Wednesday (Vivo Day)
• A complimentary RM10 welcome voucher upon registration
• A free birthday cake during your birthday month

3. Are there any birthday rewards?
Yes, members will receive a complimentary cake, which will be automatically credited to your account during your birthday month.
4. How do I earn reward points?
• Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent
• Points are valid for 365 days from the date of issue
• To earn or redeem points, please present your membership QR code, registered contact number, or membership number during payment
5. Can I register for more than one membership?
No. Each individual is entitled to one (1) membership account only.
6. What if I am unable to access my account (e.g. forgot password, no phone, etc.)?
You may provide your registered contact number (+601x xxx xxxx) at the outlet. Our staff will assist in verifying your membership and processing your points or redemptions accordingly.
7. How do I redeem my points?
Points can be redeemed at participating outlets for the following rewards:
• 300 points – Cake of the Day
• 500 points – Vivo Pizza Tote Bag
• 750 points – Cookies
• 1000 points – RM20 Cash Voucher

8. What is the login password?
Your password is the one you created during registration. It is required to log in and manage your membership account. Please do not disclose your login password to anyone as it acts as a security code for your Vivo Pizza memberships point.
9. What should I do if I forget my password?
Kindly proceed to reset your login password via the membership login page and member will receive TAC number for resetting the password. Due to security reasons, the TAC number will send to the registered number and only the membership holders are entitled to reset their password.
10. How can I check my points balance and transaction history?
Log in to your account via https://vivopizza.cuxtomlab.com/Member/Login to view your points balance, available vouchers, and transaction history.
11. Can I transfer my points to another person?
No. Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
12. I did not receive points for a previous transaction. What should I do?
You may proceed to our outlet cashier or Customer Service Representative which is available at https://www.facebook.com/VivoPizza
& https://www.instagram.com/myvivopizza/ during office hours 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday with your original receipts to request crediting of point. Once we have verified, your points will be awarded within the next 7 working days. You are advised to keep your receipts until the points are reflected in your account.
13. Does my membership or points have an expiry date?
• Membership has no expiry
• Points are valid for 365 days from the date of accumulation and will be automatically forfeited thereafter
14. Is there a renewal fee for the membership?
No. Vivo Pizza Membership is free for life and does not require renewal.
15. Can I request a refund for unused points if I cancel my membership?
No. All unredeemed points and rewards will be forfeited upon account cancellation and are non-refundable.
16. How do I identify myself as a member at the outlet?
Simply present your membership QR code, registered contact number, or membership number at the time of payment.
17. Can I update my personal details?
